I have to tell you this: a guy I told about the heelers a few months back I met in the village only yesterday he was over the other side of the road and I pointed to his feet and he started jumping up in the air clicking his heels, before he had them he was like me finding walking hard work.

I have been playing football on a regular basis for nearly forty years. I purchased a pair of "Copper Heelers" 4 weeks ago after seeing a press advert.
For 10 months I have suffered severe foot pain which in turn has affected knee joints by adjusting 'style of walking'. Hospital treatment has not proved very successful. Your CH’s have. After one week I was able to walk more normally, without intense pain, but more than that my knee joints have eased with no 'osteo pain'.

The Original Copper Heeler is working wonders for my feet and shoulders.
I have regularly had to use an ibuprofen gel on my insteps, but no more since using them. The shoulder pain is reduced also.

I was encouraged to give "copper heelers" a fair try, despite my early doubts.

The first result was that after 3 days morning stiffness in ankle and knee joints had completely gone. I no longer took time to "get going" when I woke up.

My Doctor diagnosed Arthritis in my ankles, knees, shoulders and hands and told me to take painkillers. Shoulders, I had to help ease my arm up, my ankles and knees were very painful that to walk up stairs I went up on all fours and my ankles cracked when I walked. I was introduced to copper heelers by my Auntie, Anita Wilde. I have struggled for a diagnosis for the past 2 years as I suffer from great pain in the top of my leg since having a back problem.

Well, well, well who would have thought it! A few months ago my arthritic pains were becoming a serious problem. They were always there, getting in the way of my sleep; preventing me from lifting my young grandchildren; making shopping and traveling ordeals instead of pleasures, and then I saw your copper insoles!

Age 73, reasonable health up to 7 years ago when, out of the blue, I was afflicted with Polymyalgia Rheumatica which lasted some two and a half years, medication given was steroids.

I have found great benefits from using the copper heelers for several reasons, among them the fact that after only a few weeks of use I definitely felt less pain in my joints.
Also, they are discreet and you can forget you are wearing them. This was important to me as I developed osteoarthritis in my early 40s and felt wearing a copper bracelet made it obvious to others that I had a joint problem. I woke up one morning and to my horror I could not turn in bed, I was sure that I had suffered a stroke , I struggled to get downstairs and went to the doctor, I had difficulty getting in and out of the car and up a few steps to the Surgery, I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatica and given a course of steroids which gave me horrible side effects.

I have had Arthritis in my right knee for approx. 4½ years, very painful, I could hardly drive to work in the mornings, my job was driving a crane, so I had to give up work at 64 years of age.

I purchased a pair of Copper Heelers earlier in the year, and the results have been remarkable.

X rays show that I have no cartilage in one half of my left knee which made me wary of how I put that foot on the ground and caused me to limp.

After 20 years of walking in the Lake District, I was slowly coming to the conclusion my walking days were coming to an end due to Arthritis in my knees.

Seven years ago I injured my back and fell on my coxis which in turn led to Arthritis of the spine.
I tried different creams, but they affected my breathing and I got no relief from the Arthritis.

I have suffered with psoriatic arthritis for two years. Initially I was in pain throughout my entire body to the extent that I couldn’t walk; get in the bath or even go to the toilet unaided. It was horrendous. I have three children, the youngest being two years old now, and not being able to pick him up or cuddle him was heartbreaking.

The pain affected me mostly in the spring but we have our own garden design business so I couldn’t take time off. This meant that my husband had to help look after me instead of being able to work at our busiest time of year. This had a knock-on effect of increasing financial stress – in turn the stress provokes the inflammation!

I went to my doctor, who prescribed a chemo-therapy drug which I didn’t want to take due to its recent appearance on the market place and possible side-effects, as well as the need to have weekly blood tests. Instead I took opium-based pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs. Although these helped to a certain degree, I was still in a lot of pain for about six months.

Having refused the medication suggested by the rheumatologists and doctors, it was up to me to find a solution that I could live with. I read a lot about various diets and eventually followed a combination of the Kousmine and Seignalet diets a strict diet which eliminated wheat, dairy, alcohol and caffeine. I had to supplement my diet quite heavily to ensure I was not missing out any essential food elements at this point with omega 3, probiotics and a combination of colza, olive and nut oils. I was still taking the ani-inflammatories, but was able to lower the strength. I also replaced the opium based pain killers with paracetamol, and after 4 months I started to feel better.

I was worried though, as I was still taking anti-inflammatories and paracetamol on a daily basis, as the pain was still significant in my fingers, knees and feet.

I am an active person who likes walking. We live on the famous Antrim Coast Road and my husband and I start our day by walking to the Black Arch and back each morning. I have always enjoyed good health and have never been in hospital apart from the birth of our three children.

In April/May I was really upset to find that I was suffering from pain in my right knee. It was so stiff when I sat down and I dreaded having to stand up. I have osteoarthritis in both my hands and my feet. My right foot began to bother me about two years ago and I was beginning to limp even when walking a short distance. Thank you very much for sending me your “Copper Heeler” so quickly. These copper insoles were recommended to me as a possible help with the joint pain I have been suffering with for some time. I am a boatbuilder/cabinetmaker by trade which has meant that for much of the last 20 years I have put an enormous amount of strain on my joints – especially my knees (a lot of boat building work involves crouching and kneeling).

I’ve had problems with a painful ankle since Christmas 2006. This pain at times progressed to my knee and the net result of both was a substantial limp and a limit to my walking ability.

By February 2007, with no improvement, I visited my GP who advised patience and painkillers. Allowing for the temporary respite due to painkillers nothing changed and with a holiday in Madeira looming I was quite concerned.

Over the past few years I have been getting pains in my toes. This began as an intermittent pain but had become a daily occurrence and extremely painful (I can only describe it as my toes being held in a vice!!)

My knee was so painful and I found it difficult walking and using stairs. Tjw_argyll.gifhe Doctor sent me for an X-ray which revealed skeletal wear. I wore a knee support which didn’t help much, and I didn’t really want to take pain killers, so when I saw your advert for heelers I thought they were worth a try.

I’m very pleased to report that after about 2 weeks of wearing them every day the pain started easing. Now after about 5-6 weeks wear I am completely pain free, and running around like a man much younger than my 81 years.

I have been using Copper Heelers for some years now - I don’t know how they work, but then I don’t need to, I just know that they work for me and relieve me of joint pain in my ankles.
I have mine on a shoe insert which I move from shoe to shoe and really notice the difference if I go without them.
