Within days of receiving my Original Copper Heelers and inserting them in my everyday shoes, I felt considerable relief from the pains in my feet that I had been suffering for some four or five years, and this relief has continued ever since.

I bought my first pair of Copper Heelers last summer and wore them continuously; I attached them to insoles so I could move them around.

I have suffered from Gout, which I understand is a form of Arthritis, secondary to a congenital kidney defect for many years.

During the last year I had developed very serious arthritis in my left hand which made it very painful to lift items or manipulate things with this hand.
Within 2 weeks of purchasing and using copper insoles in my shoes the pain had disappeared and it was possible to manipulate items as normal with this hand which seems life a miracle as it really had started to become quite debilitating and painful.
It is now 6 weeks on since the purchase and my hand is normal.

At the beginning of this year I started suffering considerable pain in both my heels.

In late 2006 my GP diagnosed me as having an arthritic hip which was giving me difficult leg pains. Owing to my age – 89 years and my previous medical history he advised me not to have a hip replacement but to control the situation with pain killers – paracetamol tablets.

In March 2007 I saw your advertisement for copper heels, and as I had been taking up to 6 paracetamol tablets a day I decided to try this non medicinal treatment. I have worn them continuously since the end of March with the result that I took my last two paracetamols on the 30th May and have taken none since.

I’ve had problems with a painful ankle since Christmas 2006. This pain at times progressed to my knee and the net result of both was a substantial limp and a limit to my walking ability.

I have osteoarthritis in both my hands and my feet. My right foot began to bother me about two years ago and I was beginning to limp even when walking a short distance. As you can appreciate I found this very distressing as I had always been a keen walker and also enjoyed exercising. Seven years ago I was assessed and booked in for a total knee replacement, but due to another emergency surgery it was not advised.

Having completed and sent off the questionnaire I recently received from you, it occurs to me that the few lines I wrote about the changes Copper Heelers have brought about for me do not do justice to their revolutionary effect on my life.

Six years ago I moved to Ripponden in the South Pennines, to take advantage of the wonderful walking country in this area. Unfortunately the much wetter climate soon made its mark on me in the form of stiff and painful joints. I developed pain in my fingers, wrists, elbows and knees. Walking upstairs, stepping down rocky hillsides, carrying shopping, even lifting a cup, made me wince. I dreaded getting up in the mornings because lifting my dressing gown off its hook made my arm ache unbearably. With chronic Osteoarthritis in both knees I was, quite frankly, willing to try anything and despite my initial scepticism they truly work!

For 10 months I have suffered severe foot pain which in turn has affected knee joints by adjusting 'style of walking'. Hospital treatment has not proved very successful. Your CH’s have. Having suffered from ankle and foot pain for a considerable time and after consulting a doctor I was told the pain was arthritic.

I was encouraged to give "copper heelers" a fair try, despite my early doubts.

There is no doubt that the Original Copper Heelers have reduced the arthritic pain in my spine and left knee.

My Doctor diagnosed Arthritis in my ankles, knees, shoulders and hands and told me to take painkillers. Shoulders, I had to help ease my arm up, my ankles and knees were very painful that to walk up stairs I went up on all fours and my ankles cracked when I walked. My hands were open and all my finger joints swollen.

Age 73, reasonable health up to 7 years ago when, out of the blue, I was afflicted with Polymyalgia Rheumatica which lasted some two and a half years, medication given was steroids.

I woke up one morning and to my horror I could not turn in bed, I was sure that I had suffered a stroke , I struggled to get downstairs and went to the doctor, I had difficulty getting in and out of the car and up a few steps to the Surgery, I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatica and given a course of steroids which gave me horrible side effects.

I was given a pair of copper inserts by a friend to see if they would help with pain associated with my osteoarthritis.

I had already had two successful hip replacements over the last two years but was now suffering with knee pain.

I had been wearing the copper inserts for about 3 weeks in my trainers, when we had the first heavy snow fall of the year.

As I was going in and out of the house in the snow I stopped wearing my trainers, substituting boots for outside and then changing into my slippers when I came in, forgetting all about the inserts.

I have suffered with psoriatic arthritis for two years. Initially I was in pain throughout my entire body to the extent that I couldn’t walk; get in the bath or even go to the toilet unaided. It was horrendous. I have three children, the youngest being two years old now, and not being able to pick him up or cuddle him was heartbreaking.

The pain affected me mostly in the spring but we have our own garden design business so I couldn’t take time off. This meant that my husband had to help look after me instead of being able to work at our busiest time of year. Having refused the medication suggested by the rheumatologists and doctors, it was up to me to find a solution that I could live with. I read a lot about various diets and eventually followed a combination of the Kousmine and Seignalet diets a strict diet which eliminated wheat, dairy, alcohol and caffeine. I had to supplement my diet quite heavily to ensure I was not missing out any essential food elements at this point with omega 3, probiotics and a combination of colza, olive and nut oils. I was still taking the ani-inflammatories, but was able to lower the strength. I also replaced the opium based pain killers with paracetamol, and after 4 months I started to feel better.

I was worried though, as I was still taking anti-inflammatories and paracetamol on a daily basis, as the pain was still significant in my fingers, knees and feet.

I then heard about a copper insole called the Original Copper Heeler through my mother-in-law (who also uses them) and decided to give it a try.

Thank you for the last delivery of Copper Heelers and so happy to say they are working well and I am free from pain. Following trauma to my left ankle some 15 years ago I have been in severe and continuous pain from the resulting arthritis in the joint.
